Baronial Arts and Sciences Championship

Spring is the season of renewal, rebirth, and hope. It is a time to emerge from our winter lairs to plant, plan, and warm ourselves under the reborn sun.

Entries are to be in whatever medium you wish, with a reference to Spring or it's associated themes.
For example:

Illuminated flower images from a Book of Hours

Garb from the Duc de Berry plates

Or showcase your projects you have spent the long, cold hours of darkness perfecting

Documentation is encouraged, though not required. I can provide a list of resources for any who wish. Please note: any consumable entries MUST include a complete ingredients list.

This is a dry site.

Baronial Bardic Championship

You will need to look to the past for this challenge! Choose a period piece, an SCA piece inspired by period styles, or an SCA piece about some event or person in our history.

Entry can be in any performing medium (song, story, etc). A good performance is enhanced by knowing its context. You will not just be performing your piece; you need to talk about it as well. Introduce the piece with information such as author/composer, era, location, event, style, etc. Give us some interesting info to set the tone for your performance.

See Lady Annalena if you need any assistance.
